• What Makes The Clothing Sustainable?

Our clothing is made using sustainable practices and materials certified by leading global standards. We prioritise organic cotton, with our manufacturers being certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), ensuring the cotton is grown without genetically modified seeds or harmful chemicals.

Our products also adhere to the Organic Content Standard (OCS) for traceability and verification of organic material presence. Additionally, we use recycled textiles certified by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and meet OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 for harmful substance assessment.

We're committed to using ethical manufacturing and fair labor practices, endorsed by the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF).

Last but not least, our clothing is PETA-approved, guaranteeing our products are vegan and cruelty-free.

  • How Much Gets Donated?

We donate 50% of our profits to our Compassionate Partners.

  • Where Does The Other 50% Go?

We are a small company currently, but one with big plans to help even more animals in the future!

Currently, we keep 50% of the profits to re-invest into our products and processes to further improve efficiency overtime so in future, they’re are bigger profits to donate to animals who need them!

Although we are not a charity, nor a CIC, we take pride in being transparent about the profits we make. Our goal for Compassion Threads is to donate as much as possibe to animals in need, and as we grow, we hope that our percentage of profits given as donations will only increase!

  • Who Can Become A Compassionate Partner?

Any animal charity or sanctuary, no matter the location can become a Compassionate Partner. You can reach out to us by using the form below, or directly at info@compassionthreads.co.uk if you'd like to become a Compassionate Partner and start receiving quarterly donations.

  • What Does A Compassionate Partner Actually Mean?

No, the charities / sanctuary’s do not pay a fee to us. Either we reach out to them, letting them know we will become regular donors, or they reach out to us and then we become donors.

These donations can be regular, or bigger one offs to help with time constrained fundraisers.

We also on occasion collaborate with a charity /sanctuary to create a fundraising collection where 100% of the profits go towards their fundraiser.

  • Where Can We Find Info About The Donations?

As we have just opened, we currently have no reports. But all donation information will be available in the link below for refrence to all. We want to be transparent about where your donations go.

To keep up to date with our donations to our Compassionate Partners, sign up to our newsletter, where we will send monthly updates on new Compassionate Partners, where and how much we donated that month.

  • What Is Your Refund Policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
